To avoid disappointment for other bookers you will need to send a deposit with the booking. Payment can be made by personal cheque drawn on a UK or US bank or by PayPal or otherwise by arrangement. The balance of any payment is due 8 weeks before arrival.

Cancellation refunds will be made on the following scale;

• Up to 8 weeks before arrival no cancellation charge but no return of deposit
• 4 to 8 weeks  50% of rent refunded 
• Less than 4 weeks  no refund

Reasonable amounts of electricity, bottled gas and water are included in the rate. If electricity used is more than 20 euros per week on the meter then there will be an extra charge at cost.

A security deposit of 150 euros will be taken on arrival and returned on departure provided the cottage is left in a clean and tidy condition for the next guests.

Pillows, duvets, bedspreads, blankets and some electric blankets are provided but you should bring your own sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, tea towels and towels. A torch if you arrive in the dark can also be useful!
